SOLD OUT - The 10th Annual St. Louis Brewers Guild Heritage Festival is the premier showcase of the St.Louis beer scene. This festival features over 100 styles of beer from over 40 STL-based breweries, as well as exclusive brewery collaborations, live music and great food. Hosted in partnership with Great Rivers Greenway, Explore St. Louis, and the St. Louis Brewers Heritage Foundation and nestled beneath the Gateway Arch, Jefferson National Expansion Memorial, along the Mississippi river, experience and sample beers from St. Louis' brewing community at the heart of where it all began.

This event is for those 21 years of age and up (with a valid photo ID). Early Entry tickets are available for both sessions, with entrance to the festival one hour earlier than General Admission. If you are a Designated Driver for a guest with a paid ticket, you will need to purchase your DD ticket ($5) at the door with proof of Early Entry or GA ticket purchase. DD's ticket price includes a complimentary soda courtesy of Excel Bottling Co. Bring a print out of your ticket or just show your receipt on your mobile device and you're good to go! All tickets gain access to one festival session (and live music and entertainment) and include a commemorative tasting glass, and unlimited samples from the 100+ beer styles. Food is not included with the price of ticket. Food trucks, food vendors and retail vendors will be onsite for attendees to purchase whatever they want. Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Do you accept credit cards or checks the day of the event?

We will accept cash, credit and debit cards at the gate. No checks.

  2. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No. You can present your phone with the scanner code provided by your ticketing confirmation receipt to be scanned for single entry into the festival. If you have a paper ticket, that works as well. If you have neither, we can still look up your purchase by name provided you have ID.

  3. What is included with the ticket price?

All tickets gain access to one festival session and include a commemorative tasting glass, and unlimited samples from participating breweries. Food is not included with the price of ticket. Food trucks and food vendors will be onsite for attendees to purchase whatever they want.

  4. What food will be available and is it included with my ticket?

Food is not included with your tickets. St. Louis area food trucks and food vendors will be on-site selling food to guests at an additional cost to attendees. A line-up of food vendors will be updated on our website and posted to our social media platforms as they are confirmed. Some food vendors may only be at one Festival Session and not both.

  5. Can I bike to the event and is there a place to lock it up?

You can bike to the event and we will have a bike valet to park your bike onsite near the north entrance of the festival along Lenore K. Sullivan Blvd near the Eads Bridge.

  6. What are the age restrictions for the festival?

Whether doing the sampling or attending as Designated Drivers, attendees must be 21 years of age or older and possess and present a valid form identification to gain entry. The festival does make an exception to allow for children 21 months and younger. Children under 21 months do not require a ticket.

  7. What is the smoking policy?

There is NO smoking under the tents. Smoking will only be allowed in designated areas. Please throw away your butts.

  8. The Festival runs “Rain or Shine”. What does that mean?

St. Louis Brewers Guild beer festivals take place rain or shine. To check the National Weather Service forecast for the St. Louis area, visit www.weather.gov. Bring your ponchos and/or smaller umbrellas if there's a high probability of rain. "Rain or Shine" does not apply to severe weather. Heritage Festival is an "open-air" event and we cannot guarantee refuge to patrons in the event of severe weather. If there is either a watch or warning (tornado or lightning storm) for our area or sustained wind over 35 mph, the festival session will be cancelled. If the festival session is cancelled in advance of its start time, full refunds of the ticket price paid will be issued. If the festival session is underway and a emergency lightening storm or tornado/extreme wind situation arises during the event, the festival will need to end and there will be no refunds. A festival session that has begun and is shortened due to severe weather conditions, is not cause for a full or partial refund. If weather potentially threatens life, we shut down. The decision to continue the festival after adverse weather passes will be determined on a case-by-case basis, based on consultation with appropriate weather experts. Heritage Festival is rain or shine unless there is severe weather as previously stated.

  9. What happens if the Mississippi River is at flood stage during the festival?

Flooding of this kind gives lots of advance notice and should our planning committee and the City of St. Louis believe that there is a probability of the festival grounds being flooded out, we already have an alternative Downtown back-up location secured to move the festival to. This location is also outdoors, and just as conveniently located from a Metrolink stop and any downtown hotels attendees may have booked rooms at.

  10. I’m not drinking beer, do I need a ticket?

There will be a $5 charge at the door for designated drivers (DD's) or festival attendees not doing the beer sampling. No advance DD ticketing is required or available. Come in, enjoy the party, drive your friends home responsibly! DD tickets include a complimentary soda from Excel Bottling Co.

  11. Are there prohibited items?

Coolers, Outside Food and Beverage, Pets (service animals are welcomed), Fire Arms, Fireworks and Illegal Substances are not welcome on festival grounds. Pretzel necklaces are allowed...we know you love them.

  12. Are you sure I can’t bring my pets?

Yes! No pets unless they are service animals.

  13. Is there a photography policy?

Photography and Video are welcome on festival grounds.

  14. Can I come and go as I please?

There will be no re-entry to the festival grounds once you exit.

  15. How can I help volunteer?

Thank you so much for thinking of us but at this time we all volunteers are staffed by the individual breweries.

  16. Are there accommodations for guests with disabilities?

Yes. ADA Bathrooms will be on the festival grounds and all tents, beer stations and entertainment spots will be accessible.
